After class, Courtney and I went to the National Gallery and looked at all of the cool artwork. I saw Monet and Van Gough and lots of other famous works. It was so cool! Then we went to the National Portrait Gallery, which was cool because there were so many famous people in there, including the only real portrait of Shakespeare. I felt so blessed to be seeing all of these cool things and to look out of Trafalgar Square and see how beautiful the city is!

Tuesday Oct 30
We went to Canterbury and toured the Cathedral. It was huge! This was where Thomas Beckett was murdered and buried. Then we went to Dover and I got to tour the castle and the secret war rooms. We also had a great view of the city and the white cliffs. I wish we had time to go to the beach as well.
